Tatiana is an IT systems engineer with over fours years of commitment to the inclusion of girls/women in tech fields and bridging the digital divide.  She is the founder of  the “African Youth Empowerment for Future Initiative” (AYEF Initiative) — a non-profit organization aimed at helping young Africans face the 21st century challenges.  As a digital expert appointed to the AU-EU Youth Cooperation Hub, mandated by the European Union and the African Union, she advises the hub and CSOs on the implementation of the 7 projects piloted by the hub in Africa and Europe.  

Tatiana is a 2019 European Development Days young leader, a 2020 Harvard Business School Crossroads Emerging Leader, and a 2020 community leader for internet health…She works as an IT consultant for several companies in Benin and has worked as an IT specialist for GIZ GmbH in Benin in coordination with the Ministry of Planning and Development and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
