Born in April 19, 1994 in the district of hills (Kpataba, Savalou) in Benin Republic, Alexandre Gbètognon ATCHEOUN is an Administrative Assistant graduate from the Benin National School of Administration of the University of Abomey-Calavi. He is the former President of SUNRISE ENAM ENGLISH CLUB. International volunteer of the UN and the African Union Youth Envoy, a member of the YALI NETWORK, Alexandre Gbètognon ATCHEOUN received the “Workforce collaboration and development” certificate issued by YALI Network in March 2019. He collaborates with the US Peace Corps Volunteers, the Titigwéti english club, the US State Department for Academic Affairs at the US Embassy in Benin. He obtained an A1 Baccalaureate in 2015. Best Literary essay of Kpataba high school in 2013 and the Municipality of Savalou in 2015. He conducted many workshops on leadership and education mainly with the American corner in Benin Republic. 

Alexandre remains a man steeped in talent and knowledge in the field of Administrative Organization Strategies, Community development and gender equity. His competence in English and his relationship with the US Embassy in Benin, undoubtedly illustrate his determination and insight to build relationships with both national and international institutions. He was one of the active participants in the Benin English Club Summit in 2018 at the university of Abomey-Calavi, and in 2019 at the university of Parakou. His greatest dream is to participate in the development of his country, help in building a peaceful and equal world. He was from March 31, 2019 to March 2019, the Secretary General of SUNRISE ENAM ENGLISH CLUB. He is the an emblematic figure of the English language promotion and community devolopement actor.
